Everything on Earth is Energy and has its own vibration. Every perceived solid object we can touch, everything we can see, hear and smell… and even things we cant see or hear, all have a different frequency.

Sacred Geometry

Perfect harmony resonates from perfect Geometry

Nature is a sacred symphony… so to, are our bodies a sacred symphony that can be harmonized into balance through modalities such as yoga, meditation and chanting, to name a few.

Our chakras, or our heart, mind, body and soul alignment need to be perfectly balanced for our symphony (or the song we vibrate) to be beautiful and healthy. As you know when tuning an instrument, if one note is out of key the song is uncomfortable to listen to… and if all the notes are out of balance the music becomes not a song at all, rather just noise or chaos. The same principle applies with our bodies, minds and our mother Earth.

When in perfect alignment, we are in harmony with everything and everyone around us… as well as connected below to the Earth and above to our highest self or the frequency of ‘Source’ (God). When out of balance, the noise of a cluttered and chaotic mind and body can represent as stress or anxiety and eventually manifest as physical disease. We must always be bringing ourselves in line with nature and be in the ‘flow’ of the Universe.

The frequency you vibrate on, or whether you have a high or low frequency comes down to a few basic things in your life… mainly your thoughts and words, your diet and your environment.

Mindful ways to stay aware of your Vibration

Emotions.. all emotions and thoughts hold and carry a unique vibration. Fear, guilt and shame for example are of a very low vibration… where as love, gratitude and joy are the highest vibrations, existing on the highest frequency.

What do you think about mostly through the day, are you stressing and obsessing about the little things and worrying about everything… or do have trust in the world and believe everything is going to be ok?

Everyone gets angry and sad occasionally and this is normal…and actually healthy as these emotions need to be expressed, but do you quickly work through your challenges, learn from them and let them goor do hold a grudge for a lifetime and continually bring up upsets when talking with friends over and over again?

Diet… fast food, junk food, processed food and fruit and vegetables that have been heavily sprayed with pesticides, have a very low vibration. They are considered to be ‘dead’ food. On the other hand, organic produce, that is free from poisons, not genetically modified and is grown in the natural flow of the seasons, carries a much higher more pure frequency… this food is alive and full of natural sunlight (life force Qi) which is vital for our bodies and mind to function properly.

As they say “We are what we eat” so eating low vibrational food will bring us down in every way… whereas eating pure high frequency food heals us and keeps us in an ultimate beneficial state of well-being.

Music… music, song and chanting can up lift us and even heal us if the frequency, tone and pattern of the notes is of a pure naturally high vibration. However, certain types of music and lyrics can also unbalance us and lower us down to a vibration of hate and anger.

Words are frequencies that can can manifest like magic… so choose your words consciously. Be mindful of the lyrics you are maybe unconsciously singing along to… remember to think and speak empowering and up lifting words always.

Environment… living near, or visiting often the beach or the mountains with nature, trees, fresh air, salt water and sand will replenish our Souls and up lift our vibrations. We know this as we can feel it, especially when we are on vacation etc. this is because our bodies will automatically synchronize with the environment that surrounds it. So living in a busy city of cement, car pollution, maximum technology smog and lots of stressed out people is going to lower our frequency over time.

Our environment also includes the people in our lives for whom we spend the most time with. Our closest friends, partners, family and work colleagues.

What is the emotional relationship and how does it impact our frequency, how do these people make us feel about ourselves? Do they uplift us, accept us, empower us to feel confident and brave, allowing us to be who we truly are... and love us because of this?

Or are they judgmental, demeaning, perhaps envious of your success, un-supportive and put you down around others... these examples of thoughts and emotions from others carry very low and harmful vibrations. Being around, or even connected to from a distance to people who think this way of you (and/or others, themselves and the world)… has a directly negative and very damaging impact on your well-being and what you actually believe about yourself.

Low vibrational (negative) people are themselves just lacking in self love, it is not their faultbut it is their choice. Sometimes we can become used by such people as a punching bag for the venting of their negative emotions onto us (so they feel better), we need to be aware of this and askIs this relationship good for me, or am I unconsciously being sucked dry of my own life force? We are influenced greatly by the people we are connected to and our vibration can quickly sync with them…be it negative or of a high uplifting nature… so being aware is key.

What are we watching?… our environment is also what we see and take in through our eyes every day. Be mindful of the type of information that is being received through yours and your children’s eyes. Our eyes are the gateway to our soul and reflect to us how we perceive and experience the world around us. Are we constantly watching violence in movies or the news and video games? If so, then this induces a fear response that lowers our vibration and leads us to believe that the world is a terrible place… and remember, ‘what we believe becomes our reality’.

Technology smog, ELF’s & EMR’s… although our phones and laptops are very useful and necessary in our generation, the electro smog that surrounds us constantly from all the devices and towers can have a serious impact on our health physically and psychologically. All electronics, microwaves, TV’s, laptops and phones, especially those with a screen emit blue light. This blue light is of an extra low frequency (ELF) and emits huge amounts of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) that interferes with our own frequency. This is unbalancing to us and can damage our brain patterns and bodies at a cellular level. Research has shown that excessive exposure to these hazardous fields (especially at night) literally strips the melatonin and serotonin from our bodies.

Serotonin and Melatonin are hormones and chemicals in our brains and body that regulate mood (happiness), our emotions, puberty & growth, sleep and our immune system yes, they are very important! So, if you can imagine, with to much exposure to these low frequency devices we quickly become sick and sad… to put it mildly.

A strong life force is key

A strong ‘life force’ or ‘Qi’ is vital to stay alive, healthy and happy. Without sufficient levels of melatonin or serotonin we quickly become depleted and our bodies can simply no longer fight off disease. In this ever increasing technological world we live in, a consciously regulated healthy balance of screen time and replenishment time is needed in order to stay in a state of well-being and of a high vibration.

These are all indications of where on the frequency scale you may be living your life.

So for maintaining a high vibration remember…

Think empowering thoughts and speak high vibrational (uplifting & beneficial) words about others, the world in general and especially about yourself… always.

Nourish yourself and your loved ones with real, whole and organic food rich with pure sunlight as often as you can. Supporting local, organic, animal humane and Eco friendly suppliers also contributes to the healing of the planet.

Surround yourself with a beautiful environment as much as you can. This includes immersing in nature, breathing in the trees, connecting with animals, climbing mountains and being near the ocean. Spend time with inspiring and uplifting friends, loved ones, mentors and importantly…with yourself.

The world is an extraordinary beautiful place… we just need to align with this frequency to see it

    I really enjoyed this very inspirational blog, Charmaine! It will be my reminder to focus my thoughts in a positive way, live and eat healthy, and encourage me to find healing in nature 🌻
