* Payment needs to made before I review the home or even google earth the address… this is because the simple act of scheduling a ‘Soul Frequency Alignment’ can sometimes be enough to stimulate the homes energy into a sale. Thanking you kindly.
The Process
Upon receiving your application, questionnaire details and payment, I will begin assessing your home and tailoring its unique alignment straight away. I will contact you to schedule a day to either meet you at the property or I can obtain the keys and go alone if you prefer. It is not necessary for you to be present for a ‘House Sale Alignment’ if that suits you better.
I will bring all remedies and cures needed for the alignment and do all that is necessary to improve the Feng Shui of the site on the day. Generally, the process will take between 2 – 4 hours to complete.
At the end of the consultation I will be able to advise you of some of the reasons why I think the property has not been selling and offer some suggestions of small changes that can be made, if any. Most of the balancing will be done on the day, but I will come back to make any adjustments if needed. A summary page will be provided outlining issues found and any remedies placed will be marked on the floor plan for you reference.
An estimate will be given after the assessment and alignment indicating the time frame I expect for the house to sell. This takes into account how efficiently I was able to balance the site and what improvement or rating of ‘Flow’ or Qi (life force energy) the home now has.
Please be aware that some properties, because of underground toxic water or proximity to factories or quarries etc. I may advise of the unlikelihood of a faster sale… and in these rare cases, I give my apologies as some of these factors are mostly out of my control. However, I will still do everything I can to improve your chances.
Investment Fee
- 1 – 30 days sold …………. $300.00 (includes a free new home evaluation, valued at $100)
- 1 – 15 days (unsold)……… * I will return to the property to do more work
- After 30 days (unsold) …. $0. free
Terms & Conditions
As agreed on the application sheet, a payment for the full amount of the ‘House Sale Alignment’ is required before it can commence. Investment fee = $300.00 (includes a free evaluation – $100 value)

If the home has not sold by the 15 day mark, I will return to the property to do some extra work and tweaking towards the sale.
Starting from the day of the alignment, as the quote and the conditions of the application state, a ‘no Sale – no Fee’ applies if the house has not sold or has not started into an agreement with a serious buyer within the first 30 days. After the 30 day mark, a full refund of the investment fee will be given.
I trust in your honesty when it comes to notifying me on the correct date that the house was sold. This will ensure well wishes and good karma continue towards the home and all involved.
